Greater Lansing Orchid Society

This is the official webpage of the Greater Lansing Orchid Society, founded in 1977. Through this mission the GLOS seeks to:

  • Create an awareness of orchid culture
  • Foster the preservation of native species of orchids
  • Support research and development of orchid culture
  • Hold meetings, lectures, and exhibitions

The Society meets most months either via Zoom, in person at the Wacousta Community United Methodist Church, or a combination of both. We meet at 6:00 pm during the months that are warmer and lighter in the evening, and at 2:00 during the colder, darker months. Please check the most current Newsletter for specifics.
